OSAI Industrial Building

Construction of a production facility in the municipality of Samone, covering an area of approximately 4,000 m². The project stems from the company’s decision to maintain its manufacturing operations in Italy, in line with a strong commitment to local roots and territorial identity.

The prefabricated plant will accommodate activities related to industrial automation, e-mobility, and the medical sector. The design places strong emphasis on sustainability and integration with the surrounding context, adopting materials and forms consistent with neighbouring buildings. The ground floor will include reception areas, production spaces, service areas, a relaxation zone, and a medical room; the two upper floors will be dedicated to offices, changing rooms, a meeting room, and a staff canteen. The building will be harmonised with the urban context, respecting existing volumes, heights, and architectural colour tones.
