Design of a comprehensive expansion project for the company’s production hub, focused on manufacturing, research, and development activities.
The project, structured in three phases, adopts a modular approach to ensure flexibility and future scalability. The main works include the construction of Building B1, dedicated to offices and research, complete with an underground archive and a direct connection to a new laboratory; Buildings B2 and B3, designed for production and management functions, with extensive technical areas and warehouse spaces; and, finally, external infrastructure works and site development.
In line with the company’s commitment to sustainability, the entire intervention is designed to minimise environmental impact through the use of advanced technologies and eco-compatible materials. The facility is fully carbon-free, powered exclusively by renewable energy sources through a photovoltaic system and an open-loop vertical geothermal system.
