Urban regeneration of one of the most significant historic areas along Strada Antica di Grugliasco, centred on the redevelopment of the historic Cascina de L’Armano.
The intervention combines the restoration of architectural heritage with an innovative and sustainable vision, providing the site with a renewed identity.
The project is structured around four synergistic components: a state-of-the-art multiplex cinema, a food and beverage area featuring exclusive offerings, entertainment spaces designed for all age groups, and new retail units integrated with the adjacent Le Gru Shopping Centre.
The objective of the intervention is to create a new landmark destination for the city, balancing historical memory with contemporary development and offering new cultural, social, and economic opportunities for the local community.
