Renovation and adaptive reuse of the former Saint-Vincent Town Hall as a visitor centre dedicated to promoting local tourism.
Particular attention was paid to restoring the original architectural mouldings and window and door frames, as well as refurbishing the historic council chamber. The project also included the installation of a lift to ensure universal accessibility while preserving the architectural integrity of the building. The restoration of the balcony and historic façade completed the works, returning the building to its original appearance.
In addition to safeguarding the building’s historical heritage, the project contributed to enhancing the local area by providing a new reception and information space for residents and visitors.
