Project for the renovation and internal redistribution of two apartments of 52 and 63 square meters, located on the same floor of a building overlooking the seafront of Roquebrune Cap Martin.
Particular expedients were used Ror both the apartments in order to optimize all the available space, including: relocation of the kitchen area into the living room in order to obtain a second bedroom and use of niches and wall cupboards (typical of the French architectural tradition).
The peculiarity of the apartment overlooking the promenade is the inclined wall located at the entrance that turns the gaze directly towards the sea.
The style of finishes and furnishings is clean and elegant and it gives the apartments all the characteristics required by the tourist market in the area; therefore, the design ranged from construction to interior design for the required market range.
