ENERGY REQUALIFICATION WORKS OF THE PALASPORT

The Municipal Administration of Saint Vincent has entrusted Sertec Engineering Consulting with the energy efficiency project of the municipal sports hall. 

The project addressed some fundamental issues to obtain a project of high technical and economic quality: 

♦ INTERNAL COMFORT: The objective concerns the achievement of the necessary requirements to achieve the thermo-hygrometric well-being of the individual. Among the factors that determine the feeling of well-being, particular attention is paid to the type of activity being carried out: multifunctional building. 

♦ VISUAL COMFORT: Particular attention will be paid to the relamping proposal and therefore to the updating of the lighting system for greater visual well-being. To create a lighting project that combines the best visual well-being with the greatest energy yield, both natural and artificial light were considered. 

♦ ACOUSTIC COMFORT: Acoustic comfort is defined as a psychophysical condition in which an individual declares to be in a situation of well-being depending on the activity being carried out. The project involved changes to the building envelope and the acoustic relationship between the interior and exterior.
