CONSTRUCTION OF THE NFI BUILDING FOR PHARMACEUTICAL USE

Bioindustry park Silvano Fumeno has entrusted Sertec Engineering Consulting with the project of the NFI building for pharmaceutical use. 

The structure, used by two important pharmaceutical companies already operating in the technology park, is composed of 

from a 3-storey office building and a 2-storey production building for a total of 1720 m2. 

Particular attention was also paid to the design and adaptation of roads, infrastructures and entrances in order to optimize the flow safely, considering the pharmaceutical function with high production protocols. 

There are mainly three accesses: the first both pedestrian and vehicular on the north side, the second dedicated only to goods on the east side and finally a new access, the same as the first created thanks to the redevelopment of the parking area on via Olivetti.
