MODE was born in Grugliasco on an area of 65,000 square meters on the border with Turin, in front of the Shopville Le Gru shopping centre.
20,400 square meters will be built, allowing the creation of:
of the first “Home & Design District of the Region”, with approximately 7,000 m2 dedicated to home and design shops;
of a catering hub of over 5,000 m2, with an innovative, diversified and trendy offer;
of a new generation cinema multiplex with 9 screens and 1,300 seats with recliner seats, equipped with RGB laser projectors and Dolby Atmos audio systems, characterized by an innovative food area integrated inside and a summer arena;
of an indoor entertainment area with a “Family Entertainment Center” dedicated mainly to the world of virtual reality
of a green area of 7 thousand square meters of play spaces dedicated to outdoor entertainment for families capable of bringing “The mountain into the city”, with fun 365 days a year on synthetic ice.
of three squares dedicated to the organization of demonstrations and events to enrich the experience of all MODE users.
