History
Telling the history of Sertec is impossible without beginning with the extraordinary figure of Antonio Migliasso, the internationally renowed engineer who was the creator and founder in the late sixties. However, everything started some time before, when that young and ambitious man who came from Turin joined the Olivetti project office in 1948, arriving very soon to follow both the company’s construction sites in Ivrea and his expansion projects in Italy and abroad.
Antonio Migliasso helped to write some important pages of the great industrial history of Ivrea’s area , absorbing intuitions and values: on all, the conception of work as a vocation and the desire to always attend new horizons. An invaluable heritage that he would later pour into his creature, Sertec, of which we all, today, are proud continuators.

Foundation of SERTEC ENGINEERING CONSULTING s.p.a. (Ltd.) by Antonio Migliasso. Opening of the SERTEC headquarters in Ivrea, in via Jervis 6. Designers: Ezio Sgrelli, Architect and Antonio Migliasso, Engineer.
1969
Cnostruction of the Italian industry pavilion at Expo of Osaka. Designers: Renzo Piano, Architect and Antonio Migliasso, Engineer.
