CAREMA STARTS THE FINAL SET-UP OF THE ‘GRAN MASUN’
The complex renovation of the Gran Masun has reached its final stages.
The Gran Masun is a Carema’s massive and imposing 15th-century fortified house that will become the Carema Wine Enhancement Center, a work requested by the previous mayor, Giovanni Aldighieri, who died prematurely in 2019, and who intended to return to the town an important piece of its history.
In the past few days the city administration has charged the company Sertec Facility Management of Loranzè to proceed with the multimedia set-up of the exhibition hall on the first level of the ancient structure arranged on three floors and subject to the constraints of the Superintendence
The ambitious intervention financed by the Alcotra 2014-2020 Route des vignobles alpins – Alpine Vineyards Road plan, will be carried out on the basis of the executive project signed by the company Sertec Engineering Consulting, winner of the ideas competition announced by the municipality of Carema in 2018.
