ENERGY EFFICIENCY RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX

The Consorzio Intercomunale Torinese has entrusted Sertec Engineering Consulting with the management of works and coordination of safety for the energy efficiency project of a residential complex located in Caselle.

For the energy requalification of the buildings, work was done on the entire building-system. Insulation work was carried out on the opaque envelope (vertical and horizontal/inclined), the replacement of existing windows and doors and modification of the heating system through the installation of a centralized system serving winter air conditioning and production of domestic hot water equipped with a hybrid system. A photovoltaic system was installed on the roof and a system for charging electric vehicles equipped with a column in the common areas.
