The Torino Fashion Village shopping complex is located in the peripheral area southwest of the concentric Settimo Torinese, adjacent to Via Torino, a road that connects Settimo Torinese to Turin.

The entire complex occupies an area of approximately 50,000 m2 and is divided into two levels: the first level, at street level, is entirely used for parking, while the second level, at 5 m, which houses the commercial space, is developed on a rectangular plan of approximately 30,000 m2. The blocks are arranged symmetrically to the central artery characterized by the presence of an 85-meter-high stele. The shops are protected partly by porticoes and partly by canopies projecting to a height of 11 meters. The flooring of the commercial area and the external arrangements are covered in Santafiora stone.

Sertec carried out the design of the urbanization works and the construction of the entire lighting system outside the Outlet Village. The project focused on the redevelopment of the existing road system with the widening of via Torino and the creation of public roads, roundabouts, sidewalks, public parking lots. All the water collection system interventions were carried out with the use of water collection tanks. The design of a path for slow mobility use and the creation of a green hill were also planned.
