Renovation and expansion of the “Villa di Salute” Private Clinic.
Originally composed of several separate buildings, the facility will be consolidated בעיקר within Building B, which will be expanded and renovated to accommodate 80 beds in single and double rooms, in full compliance with fire safety and occupational health regulations. During the construction works, Building A will be refurbished to temporarily host 12 residents in double rooms with en-suite facilities.
The architecture of the new complex maintains a traditional language, characterized by simple volumes, large glazed surfaces, and façades finished in plaster and terracotta, ensuring continuity with the style of the existing buildings. Particular attention has also been given to the outdoor areas, with gardens separated from public zones and shaded parking areas featuring permeable paving, ensuring functionality and comfort within a harmonious setting.
