Construction of a sports hall with parking areas, an MV/LV substation, and pedestrian and vehicular pathways, set within an urban park featuring sports facilities and a natural amphitheatre.

The site is located on Via Mosca, in the Sa Minda Noa district of Olbia, between residential buildings and a hilly area. The natural topography of the land, with a height difference of up to 15 metres, has been used to create a natural amphitheatre with stone seating set within the greenery.

In front of the sports hall, a multifunctional square serves both as a stage and a playground. The project also includes parkour facilities, children’s play areas, and two three-on-three basketball courts.

The design combines functionality and sustainability, enhancing the surrounding landscape while integrating harmoniously with the urban and natural context. Conceived as a space that promotes sport, social interaction, and respect for the environment.
