Urban infrastructure and external lighting design for the Torino Fashion Village.

The entire complex extends over an area of approximately 50,000 sqm and is arranged on two levels: a ground floor dedicated to parking and an upper level of about 30,000 sqm hosting the retail spaces, symmetrically distributed along a central axis dominated by an 85-metre-high stele. The shops are partially sheltered by porticoes and canopies at a height of 11 metres, while the paving is made of Santafiora stone.

Sertec was responsible for the design of the urbanization works, including the widening of Via Torino and the construction of public road infrastructure, sidewalks, roundabouts, parking areas, and stormwater management systems with dedicated collection basins. A soft mobility route was also designed, along with the creation of a landscaped green hill to enhance the surrounding context.
