Restoration and adaptive reuse of the Chapel of the Holy Trinity, together with the redevelopment of Monte Motta, with the aim of enhancing the historical, architectural, and natural heritage of the Orco Valley.
The project is divided into two functional phases. The first focuses on the restoration of the chapel, which will be transformed into a cultural center for the local community, hosting events such as art exhibitions and temporary displays. The restoration works are designed to preserve the historic architecture while adapting the building to new uses.
The second phase concerns Monte Motta, where interventions will include slope clearing, restoration of dry-stone walls, and maintenance of water drainage channels, along with the creation of a Health Trail featuring ten stations to promote outdoor activities and tourism.
Through these actions, the project aims to safeguard and revitalize the area of Sparone, creating new opportunities for sustainable local development.
