State-Owned Canal of Caluso

Hydraulic risk mitigation works on the State Canal of Caluso, aimed at limiting bank erosion and reducing water loss.

The project includes the reprofiling of the canal with a reinforced concrete channel bed and banks protected with cemented rock armouring, while minimizing environmental impact. The intervention also предусматри excavation and backfilling works to regularize the banks in relation to the surrounding terrain, reducing excavation volumes to a minimum.
