The restoration of Villa Sanremo represents an ambitious and multidisciplinary challenge aimed at recovering a historic building overlooking the Mediterranean.
The intervention encompasses structural works, MEP systems, architecture, geotechnical engineering, and electrical installations to restore the villa to healthy, compliant conditions. Damaged masonry is repaired, and spacious, functional, and light-filled interiors are created, tailored to the owner’s needs. At the same time, the project includes the enhancement of the surrounding park and woodland through landscape interventions that strengthen the relationship between architecture and nature. Villa Sanremo will thus be transformed into a vibrant and harmonious place, where history and contemporaneity coexist in perfect balance, reflecting Sertec’s integrated vision in the preservation of built heritage.
