Energy efficiency upgrades carried out under the Superbonus scheme.

The energy retrofit project for the Massimo Lagostina Residential Care Home ONLUS includes the installation of an external thermal insulation system on the buildings’ opaque vertical surfaces, using variable-thickness rock wool panels. Terraces and flat roofs will also be insulated with expanded polystyrene boards.

The project also предусматри the complete replacement of window and door frames with aluminium units featuring low-emissivity double glazing.

The intervention will improve energy performance, indoor comfort, and fire safety, while preserving the façades’ aesthetic quality and durability.
