The restoration project of Maison Luboz in Arvier represents for Sertec a complex intervention that brings together engineering, architecture, and heritage conservation. The objective is to preserve the identity of a protected cultural asset while integrating new co-working and co-living functions dedicated to research, entrepreneurship, and community life.

Through an integrated working approach based on advanced surveys, structural analysis, careful planning, and ongoing coordination with the Heritage Authority and the Client the project addresses the constraints of the mountainous setting and historic centre, adopting compatible, sustainable, and low-impact solutions.

The result is an intervention that combines conservation and innovation, restoring Maison Luboz to an active role within the village and the wider territory as a space for meeting, working, and cultural regeneration.
