Cliente:G.A.I.A s.p.a

Budget: € 30.000.000,00

Partner:

Design of the expansion of the non-hazardous waste landfill in Cerro Tanaro. The project  an increase of approximately 1,215,000 m³ in authorized capacity, with solutions aimed at ensuring operational effectiveness, environmental sustainability, cost control, and social acceptability.

The intervention has been developed to maximize storage volumes while minimizing land consumption, optimizing the use of existing infrastructure, and limiting environmental impacts. The new landfill cells will be constructed on areas already designated for waste disposal, incorporating environmental restoration criteria from the very construction phase.

The project ensures the operational continuity of the facility serving the Asti basin and other public and private entities, within an area characterized by high hydrogeological protection and limited interaction with the urban environment. A strategic infrastructure designed to address the shortage of disposal facilities, in full compliance with current regulations.
