The restoration of the former Cinecittà theatre returns a symbolic building to the community, one that had remained abandoned for far too long. Work was carried out on several fronts: the recovery of the façades, the restoration of the interiors, the removal of non-original elements, the reinstatement of architectural details that express its identity, and the refurbishment of the outdoor areas.
But this is not merely an architectural restoration. The entire building has been brought into compliance with current regulations: new and safe systems, spaces accessible to people with disabilities, ramps, goods lifts, and a complete reorganization of the interiors to ensure comfort and safety.
The heart of the project is the theatre itself, which will come back to life thanks to a renewed indoor stage, a new outdoor stage, a state-of-the-art lighting system, and spaces ready to host events, performances, and cultural initiatives.
This transformation represents much more than a simple construction project: it is an act of care for the past, an investment in the present, and a promise for the future of the city. A historic place that will come alive once again, with the same spirit as always, but with all the potential of our time.
