Energy efficiency improvements with the superbonus
the energy efficiency project for the r.s.a. opera pia dr. domenico uccelli includes the installation of an external thermal insulation system (etics) on the vertical opaque surfaces of the buildings, using rock wool panels of varying thickness. terraces and flat roofs will also be insulated with expanded polystyrene boards.
the project also provides for the complete replacement of window and door frames with aluminum fixtures featuring low-emissivity double glazing.
the intervention will improve energy efficiency, indoor comfort, and fire safety, while preserving the aesthetic appearance and durability of the facades.
