The intervention stems from the desire to bring new life to a historic building, reinterpreting it as a contemporary residence fully integrated into the existing urban context. The project involves the demolition of incongruous structures and the construction of a new two-level residential volume, preserving the original cellar and redefining the interior layout according to principles of functionality, efficiency, and living quality.

The new architecture is distinguished by design solutions aimed at enhancing the relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces. Large openings facing the inner courtyard allow abundant natural light to enter, while a veranda featuring exposed brick pillars and a traditional roof with visible timber structure recalls the local building language.

The project combines respect for the historic context, rational spatial organization, and careful attention to construction details, interpreting the principles of contemporary design through a balanced dialogue between memory and innovation.
