Complete renovation of a 1970s villa, with a totally reinforced concrete structure, on two levels in the famous seaside location Eze sur Mer.
The work involves the structural adjustment of the building with the insertion of a new stairwell and new foundations for the creation of accessory spaces to the villa.
The intervention also includes the addition of an underground room where there will be a Spa with a swimming pool, a whirlpool, a Turkish bath and a sauna.
