SOGI S.r.l has entrusted Sertec Engineering Consulting with the redevelopment project of a large surface area overlooking Strada Antica di Grugliasco, a historic area surrounded by the surrounding wall of the eighteenth-century villa, with farmhouse and chapel, of “Armano” di Grugliasco .

The project will be divided as follows:

♦ Lot no. 1: Reorganization of the area through specific demolition interventions of sections of perimeter fence walls and portions of buildings of lesser architectural and historical value and/or of more recent construction,

♦Lot no. 2: continuation of this initial recovery phase, through the safety and restoration, albeit partial, of the architecture subject to protection.

The second lot specifically involves consolidation and structural restoration operations of the buildings of greatest architectural and historical value, namely the main villa with adjoining chapel, the connecting shed (former “Remittances” room) and the rustic house (former granary) with adjoining shed.
